I had to post this because it's gorgeous! My husband was commissioned to do 2 lamps at the beginning of summer. Like all first time projects, it had it's challenges. Then it got down to the final rivets!! Which is nerve racking when you work in metal. If you mess up you have start all over again!!! 5 months of work down the drain. Here's the final product before it gets patinated. The commissioned 2 will have yellow/gold shades. I think it looks great. The idea is from a Roycroft lamp model 911. They don't make lamps like this anymore. The originals had Stueben glass shades and if you are lucky to find one, they sell for $20,000 or more.
